Henrico County Public Schools: gifted testing
Gifted Programs (resource services K-5, zone centers 4-5, TAG 6-8)
Grades K-12All second graders are screened with an ability assessment in the fall, but a student still has to be referred (by staff, a parent, a community member or the student) during the referral window to enter the identification process. A school team reviews a portfolio and needs four supportive pieces of evidence in the area of referral.
